My family comes from Northern New Mexico, Santa Fe and Taos where my great grandmother Cassie Aragon was a farmer. I've come full circle now with my return to New Mexico as practitioner of regenerative agriculture, ecological design and permaculture.

As a chef, my added experience in the food & beverage industry brings special value to our relationship. With a background in marketing, filmmaking and commercial media advertising, I bring an extra push to your business as a restaurant or retail grocery store.

We are not separate businesses, we are connected and we have to work together and use all of our assets to find those who are looking for us.
We operate with the highest safety standards
Our microgreens are grown indoors year round
Soil mediums are organic and sterilized
Pesticides and Herbicides are never used
Tools and trays are always cleaned and sterilized
Filtered water is used for irrigation
Gloves are used when handling microgreens
Masks are worn at all times during deliveries
